If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact us directly (Contact). If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will send you instructions for returning the product to us.

Products returned within 15 days of receiving your order are eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping is at your expense, and we will refund the value of the merchandise in less than 30 days.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending on product availability. Orders within Mexico usually take 4 to 7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped. Shipping to the United States usually takes 7-10 business days once the order has been processed and shipped.
